反應(yīng)燒結(jié)碳化硅(RBSC)又稱(chēng)( SiSiC)具有高溫強(qiáng)度高、高溫下(1350度)抗氧化性能好、硬度高、耐磨損、耐酸(除氫氟酸外)的腐蝕、與金屬及非金屬材料組成的摩擦副摩擦系數(shù)小、絕磁等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。制造的部件主要應(yīng)用于磁力泵傳動(dòng)軸、化工泵用滑動(dòng)軸承、止推軸承。機(jī)械密封環(huán)、耐高溫耐磨部件。
Reaction Bonded Sillicon Carbide(RBSC) is called SiSiC. It has the virtue of high temperature strength, good oxidation resistance under high temperature (1350 degrees),high hardness, abrasion resistance, acid (except hydrofluoric acid) corrosion resistance,small friction coefficient of metal and non-metal materials and magnetic insulation.The component made of which is mainly used in the shaft of magnetic force driving pump，Plain bearings and thrust bearing of chemical pump, Mechanical sealing ring,and parts of High temperature resistance and wear resistance .
