氮化硅陶瓷材料具有優(yōu)良的機(jī)械性能， 被廣泛應(yīng)用于制造機(jī)械部件、切削刀具。本公司生產(chǎn)的優(yōu)質(zhì)氮化硅粉體，選用優(yōu)質(zhì)金屬硅原料，經(jīng)超細(xì)粉碎，在大型反應(yīng)燒結(jié)爐中制取，質(zhì)量控制嚴(yán)密，批量大，質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。制成的粉體有微米級(jí)亞微米級(jí)。
Silicon nitride ceramic materials have very good mechanical performances and they are widely used as mechanical parts and cutting tools.our excellent silicon nitride powder is made of good metal silicon and after unique grinding,the powder are manufactured in the RBSN furnace and the quality is very stable.The finished powder is divided in two grade: micron grade mid submicron grade.
